Are your products brand new?

Yes, all physical products sold on Trendy Indeed are 100% brand new and unused unless otherwise stated.

What is the size chart or measurement guide?

Please refer to the Size Chart provided on the product page for accurate sizing references. Kindly note that due to manual measurement and slight differences in materials, a variation of 1–3 cm may occur.

Is the item in stock?

All items are subject to stock availability.

For preorder items, in the rare case that an item becomes out of stock or is no longer in production, we will issue a full refund accordingly. To secure your preorder, we recommend completing payment within 3 business days. Please note that unpaid orders will not be processed.

For in-stock items, we strive to update our inventory daily to minimize the chances of items being out of stock.

Do you offer size exchanges for clothing?

We accept size exchanges only if the wrong size was sent. Please ensure you double-check the size chart provided on the product page before placing your order.

If you received the incorrect size, please contact us at info@trendyindeed.com within 3 days of receiving your item.

Please note that shipping costs for returning and resending the item will be borne by the buyer. (Terms and conditions apply.)

What is the estimated time of arrival (ETA) for preorder items?

Preorder items may have different arrival times depending on the product type:

  • Customized items (e.g., bags and pencil cases) typically require 3–4 weeks for processing and delivery, as most are made to order.

  • Other items, such as apparel and electronics, usually have an estimated delivery time of 10–15 days.

Please note that items are shipped individually, and combining orders may result in longer shipping times. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Can I combine preorder and in-stock items in one order?

Yes, you can. However, please note that combining orders may result in longer shipping times, as all items will be shipped together once the preorder item is available.

How long does it take to process my order?

Orders are processed within 3 working days upon successful payment.

Please note that if payment is not received within 3 days, the order will be automatically cancelled.

Additionally, orders and payments made after 10:00 PM will be considered as part of the next business day’s transactions.

How do I know if my order was successful?

After completing your payment, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. If you do not receive an email within 24 hours, please check your spam folder or contact us at info@trendyindeed.com.

How do I use a discount code or promo code?

You can enter your discount code during checkout in the designated promo code field. Only one code can be used per order unless otherwise stated.

I entered the wrong shipping address. Can I update it?

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at info@trendyindeed.com. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes.

How will I receive my digital items?

After completing your purchase, you will receive a download link via email. You can also access your files directly from the order confirmation page.

I didn’t receive my digital download. What should I do?

Please check your spam or junk folder first. If it’s not there, contact us at info@trendyindeed.com with your order number and we’ll resend the download link.

Can I print the digital files at home?

Yes! All of our digital downloads are print-ready and formatted for standard home printers. We recommend using high-quality paper for best results.

What format are the digital files in?

The file format varies depending on the product. Some items may include PDF, JPG, or PNG formats, while others may include only one or two of these. Please refer to the specific product description for exact file details before purchasing

Can I get a refund for a digital item?

Due to the nature of digital products, all digital sales are final and non-refundable. Please ensure you review the product details carefully before purchasing.

Can I share my digital files with others?

Our digital products are for personal use only. Sharing, reselling, or distributing the files is strictly prohibited.

What are the shipping options available?

Local Shipping (Singapore):
We use standard courier services such as J&T, Ninja Van, or SPX for local deliveries.
We highly recommend choosing courier shipping, as it includes tracking. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for lost or delayed items sent through non-traceable and non-compensable methods.

International Shipping:
At the moment, we only ship physical items within Singapore.
We are working on expanding our shipping services and will provide updates when international shipping becomes available.

Digital items, however, are available for worldwide purchase and instant download.

Can I track my order?

Yes, tracking details will be provided via email once your order has been shipped using a traceable courier service. If you haven't received tracking after the estimated processing time, feel free to contact us.

What is your return and refund policy?

  • All sales are final. Once payment is processed, orders cannot be canceled, exchanged, or refunded.

  • For preorder items, if a product is out of stock or discontinued, a full refund will be issued.

Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?

We regret to inform you that order cancellations are not permitted once an order has been placed and confirmed. Please review your items carefully before completing your purchase.
