We use trusted local courier services for all deliveries within Singapore.
Please note that courier services are strongly recommended, as we will not be held responsible for any lost, delayed, or damaged parcels sent via non-trackable methods.

Returns & Refunds
All items sold are non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and cancellations are not allowed once payment has been made.
We do our best to provide accurate measurements for all products. Please reach out before purchase if you need assistance with sizing.
Exchanges for Wrong Size (Ready Stock Only)
If the wrong size was ordered, we may allow an exchange only for ready stock items (subject to availability). Preorder items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Hygiene-related items (e.g. underwear, face masks, socks) are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Exchange Conditions:

Original tags and packaging must be intact.

Item must not be washed, worn, or used.

Item must be packed properly to preserve its condition.
Please courier or mail the item back to us for inspection.
Return shipping costs are to be borne by the buyer.
Allow 1–2 working days after we receive the item for checking.
We reserve the right to decline any exchange if the above conditions are not met.
If rejected, the item will be returned to the buyer at their own shipping cost.
Damaged Items Upon Receipt
Every item is carefully inspected before shipping.
If you receive a damaged item, please follow the steps below:

Take a clear photo showing the damage with tags and packaging intact. Item must not be washed, worn, or used.

Allow 1–2 working days for review.

If needed, we may request the item be sent back for further checking. All return shipping fees will be borne by the buyer.
We reserve the right to reject any damage claims if the above conditions are not met.
